Throughout the repair process I received notifications on where the vehicle was in the inspection and repair process. The day before pick up I was notified that it was ready to go and scheduled time to pick up the next morning. On pickup morning I was also greeted warmly and was able to pay for the repairs and get on my way within a few minutes, overall experience was fantastic."
